Quotes:

"This is Texas, son. We don't kid about our land. Or women." (Chance)

"No, it's not hog cholera!" (Sam)

Al: "Almost all animals can see me. But, you know, there must be something weird looking about me because I seem to intimidate them."
Sam: "Maybe it's your clothes."

"Don't fight it, Sam. You're here to marry this cowboy. Uh, boy girl. Cow girl. Girl." (Al)

"Bonanza was never like this." (Sam)

Comments on Leaping:

Bouncing around in time can be a little disorienting, a little taxing on the nerves, a little jolting to the .. equilibrium. It can also be very rewarding. Unfortunately, like the Bible says, the Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away. (Sam)

Every time I leap, I do this song and dance to find out who I am and where I live. Sometimes it's hard. And sometimes it's easy. Figuring out the names of everyone I'm supposed to know is a little tougher, especially if they're alone. (Sam)

Open Questions and Logic Flaws:

When Sam looked into the mirror, Doc wore glasses while Sam didn't.

Why did Sam make such a song and dance about not knowing Buddy's name?

How is it possible that Sam, who grew up on a farm, knows nothing about pigs while Al, who wouldn't even come near a farm if he could avoid it, displays such a wide knowledge about them?

How could Al know Wayne was cheating? He wasn't around when the cards were dealt.

When Sam was getting ready for the wedding, it was the first time Al showed up after leaving to answer Tina's call. Wayne and Tess lost no time with the wedding, did they? They seem to be pretty fast at organizing, too.
